include 18-inch 5-split-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels, LED taillights, front and
rear underspoilers, a rear bumper with integrated diffuser, and a low profile
trunk spoiler. Interior highlights include performance-design front seats, with
height and tilt adjustable head restraints, a leather-wrapped 3-spoke steering

the 2016 Subaru WRX, a 6.2-inch and 7-inch SUBARU STARLINK high-resolution

Subaru's advanced frontal airbag system, a driver's knee airbag, and
side-curtain airbags. Active safety features include Subaru's Symmetrical

The 2016 Subaru WRX is powered by a
2.0-liter DOHC turbocharged engine, good for 268 horsepower and 258 pound feet
of torque, achieving up to 27 miles per gallon highway and 20 city. Two
transmissions are available on the 2016 WRX, including a fully-synchronized
6-speed automatic transmission with Incline Start Assist, and a Sport
Lineartronic transmission with paddle shifters and 6- and 8-speed manual modes.
Helping stop the WRX are 4-wheel dual-piston 12.4-inch front and single-piston
11.3-inch rear disc brakes.
